Pre-Production Technician Packaging Graphics and Print Industry Salary A£40/ 45K Location Gainsborough, Lincolnshire Outline To ensure the production of artwork/repro across the site is in accordance with the companies Flexible Print Specification and develop and also to develop all technical aspects of Packaging Artwork, Repro and Print. The right candidate will be the key contact for the Studio, Production team, Brand Manager and External Sales Team Responsibilities A Liaise with Account Managers, Studio Managers and admin A Ensure the Retail clients expectations are met and maintain consistency A Support and assist with Design / Production Meetings A Organise the Production across the site A Ensure all plate design conform to specification A Support the Technical Print approval process A Introduce Continuous Improvement with regards to the Print Quality Skills Required A Have a thorough understanding of all aspects of Technical Packaging artwork, reprographics and print A Have the ability to resolve any technical print issues A Have a minimum of 5 yearsA s experience working in a flexo repro/design environment.
