Account Manager/ Executive – Packaging/Print Nottingham A£22,000 – A£28,000 We currently have an exciting opportunity of an Account Manager position working for a market leader in its field of expertise. The company Our client is a packaging graphics services provider with a global coverage. There comprehensive range of artwork and prepress services form an end to end solution for all its customers needs when it comes to delivering your brands graphics from concept to shelf. They deliver projects from start to finish, streamline the artwork process and manage the printed result through innovative technology and automation. Their services include concept design, brand extensions, brand bibles, POS, corporate literature and 3D visuals. Our client also provides a range of services in support of clients including: Artwork and reprographics file production Colour management Digital Asset Management Proofing 3D rendering / mock ups Packaging design online briefing and approval systems Text copy management Flexo plate production The role A vacancy has arisen for an Account Manager at our clients head office in Nottingham. The role will suit an experienced Account Manager from a packaging or print background that has had experience managing large accounts. It could also be suitable for someone who is prepared to take a step up who may currently be fulfilling a role of an assistant / junior account manager.Our clients work with major blue chip retailers operating with some of the worlds leading brands and following considerable client growth are looking to strengthen our team of Account Managers. The role involves direct interface with blue chip clients. The successful applicant will require good communication, project management skills and drive to deliver value to our customer focused service teams. The role involves receiving and managing client briefs though a dedicated team of designers, artwork and repro operators, planning and organising the day-to-day workload for the client. Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience. Previous experience in Account Management Must understand the supply chain for printed packaging Sales and Business Development Experience is an advantage Occasional travel to Europe is required French is an advantage About you As an Account Manager you would be required to manage its current key accounts with many high profile blue clip clients. It is therefore important to maintain a successful working relationship with these clients, enhancing existing accounts and engage in business development. Account Management – the ability to demonstrate experience of managing blue chip accounts in a creative environment. Relationship management – the ability to build on existing relationships and create additional revenue opportunities Communication – is able to communicate and interact with credibility at differing levels of seniority. Flexibility – committed to international travel as part of their role (typically twice a month to Geneva). Initiative – tackles problems and takes independent action, seeks out new responsibilities, acts on opportunities, generates new ideas, practices self-development.
