You: – Experienced Machine Operator, list of machines: Duplo Guillotine 660, Duplo Cutter Crease/Slitter, Morgana UFO Folding Machine, Accufast FT Tabbing Machine, Foliant Mercury 400 SF, Foliant Gemini C400, Mitamax – To have a good understanding of numeracy and measurements – To be able to communicate, both internally and externally – Upon full training by a competent person you should be able to use and change the guillotine blade when required – Upon full training: Fork lift operation, daily maintenance and record keeping – Liaise with carriers and couriers – Be capable of using our in-house System – Be capable of running additional production machines and equipment when required – Take deliveries and assist with the despatch of work – Picking, packing boxing & processing any fulfilment orders & making sure they are completed at a high standard – Completing daily work sheets and working to set deadlines – Ensure all mailsort bagging is tagged with the right service of postage and codes including cage cards – General warehouse work including cleaning work stations daily, keeping warehouse tidy and in line with Health & Safety Regulations – This position involves some lifting up to 30 Kilos.
