Production Executive

POSITION TITLE : Production Executive POSITION OVERVIEW : Handling Day Today production activities DIRECT REPORTING TO : Assistant Manager Offset Printing SALARY RANGE : 2.4 to 2.6 LPA CTC LOCATION : Bangalore PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES : This person will play the role of Production Executive in offset packing section. He will work with Assistant Production Manager Offset Printing. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following 1. Lead the Post press team independently consists of contract packers, Punching, Lamination, Screen printing, Hellebore, Eyelet & string cutting machines. 2. Productivity Improvement 3. Planning and executing Outsourcing jobs with approved vendors. 4. Quality improvement by coaching internal and external team 5. Drive and achieve Ops related key metrics 6. Adhering to all lean concepts 7. Following all EHS norms religiously SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a detailed understanding of the technology, strategies, activities, status and goals of the company. The candidate should have: A Experience in multinational / reputed local companies. Experience of working in Plant is must. A 1 to 3 years of experience in printing industry especially in Offset, Digital or Flexo printing. A Leadership abilities: People and goal oriented, able to work under pressure and independently, dynamic and team player. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. A Minimum graduate from reputed university A Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, internally and externally, with both business and technical contacts at all levels. A Must be fluent in English and Kannada or Hindi languages A PC Literacy and working knowledge of MS Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
