An International Group seeks a Flexo Production Manager with strong management and operational skills based in Sri Lanka. A background in security printing would be ideal, although any general Flexo background will be considered. Candidates must be prepared to travel abroadand work flexible hours. The responsibilities will cover all areas from Pre-Press, the Pressroom to Finishing and Despatch, managing teams, leading production meetings, evaluating factory costs and devising ways to cut costs without compromising on quality and service, look to implement lean manufacturing processes, audit and renegotiate where necessary with Suppliers, monitor maintenance issues, ensure that all departments within the organisation are kept briefed thoroughly on output and projects where relevant through regular reports, and generally ensuring that the factory runs most efficiently. Must speak a good level of English and communicate well. We want to hear from any dynamic Flexographic Print Specialists in Sri Lanka who wish to work in a truly International environment.
