They are looking to recruit an experienced Works Manager with an injection moulding and preferably, and understanding of flexo, litho printing processes. The successful candidate will be required to manage all shop floor staff including the maintenance team to ensure the highest productivity with minimal down time. Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques would be advantageous.
