Machine operator (slitter, steel tube mill, cut to length)
Machine operator& 160;& 160; & 1575;& 1604;& 1608;& 1589;& 1601; & 1575;& 1604;& 1608;& 1592;& 1610;& 1601;& 1610;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; *have the knowledge of how to read ,measure,using all measuring insturments. *Have the knowledge of how to operate machine electrically ,mechanically & dealing with all control units *have the knowledge of how& 160; installed different roll size,& to remove the old roll size ,making the adjustment *Making the necessary welding & grinding when required *Making all required cleaning& 160; on his working area,,production lines,company utilities *supervise the labor Collecting the products produced from the line *making sure from the correct no. of pcs .produced according to the standard& 160; emplemented in the co. *Making sure from the Product quality while packing the products & informing the operators wherever he noted any descrepancy *Packing the products in the safe & proper way *Saving him self & the other workers working with him *Accepting training& 160; when & wherever requested by his supervisor *comitment using all safty arrangment directed & issued to him by his supervisor *Ability to work at height with necessary precautions * saving the Quality policy always for open profile Machine lines ,these could be add & 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; I.& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; Changing and setting the rollers according to the required size. & 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; II.& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; Checking and adjusting the parameters. & 160;& 160;& 160; III.& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; Setting the parameters in the system (Stud machine). & 160;& 160;& 160; IV.& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; Knowledge in shop drawing (Guard rail). & 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; V.& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; Recording and reporting the exact prod& 8217;n & breakdown details.
