Rejection and reconciliation & analyzes these reports. & 216; Management and operation of various kinds of Thermal films & 216; Administrating & Documenting ERP Process for production lines and feeding, filter cleaning, PLC operation, recycling IMS documentation etc. & 216; Knowledge of handling Lamination dept. production, coordination with planning. & 216; Execute Lamination cutting & delivery & 216; Film extrusion & 8211; blown film, cast films, films converting / coating, plastic flexible packaging type of operations & 216; Day to Day responsibilities & management of all production at the facility, including manufacturing methodology, logistics, materials selection and procurement of all materials as well as external contractors. & 216; Schedule work flow to meet customer orders through the proper planning and control, training of personnel and equipment utilization. & 216; Analyze the operations from a financial perspective in order to prepare monthly financial reports for the management team. The analysis should predict the future month’s outlook and explain the prior month’s results. & 216; Manage production scheduling and material flow process to maximize machine efficiency while minimizing raw materials and finished goods. & 216; Report all aspects related to resin including but not limited to; consumed, scrapped, scrap reasons, percentage reclaimed, net reclaimed, product weights per 1000, cost and efficiency improvements, scheduled to actual, and usage by supplier. Use information to improve the yield and efficiencies. & 216; Lead the extrusion and conversion processes in meeting safety performance goals, enforcing OSHA regulations and adhering to the housekeeping standards and Good Manufacturing Practices. & 216; Lead the plant’s safety committee and recommend and submit capital projects to improve safety. & 216; Provide visionary leadership in the area of continuous improvement to exceed productivity, quality and safety expectations. & 216; Generate ideas and initiate actions with regard to equipment, training, staffing, raw materials, systems, and general operations improvements. & 216; Work with Quality department to assure the business operates with the highest standards of quality ensuring product meets quality specifications and using the our corrective action process when required. & 216; Actively participate in the strategic development of the long and short term goals of the company. Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets: & 252; B.E or Diploma or Bsc with Minimum 8 Plus Years of Experience in Plastic Film Extrusion or plastic film converting / coating in production of plastic films manufacturing & 252; Safety: must be knowledgeable with OSHA regulations and general plastics manufacturing safety programs. & 252; Bringing knowledge of 5S, six sigma, lean methodology, Kaizen is a plus. & 252; Understanding and working knowledge of the extrusion, conversion, in-line printing and packaging processes & 252; Experience in scheduling product and personnel in a manufacturing environment & 252; High degree of planning and coordination skills required to coordinate between purchasing, maintenance, engineering, sales, quality, operations and suppliers & 252; Ability to monitor and ensure achievement of business unit goals and to take corrective action as necessary if cost levels, schedules, or other production factors do not conform to the plan & 252; Knowledge of management techniques and skills, engineering, purchasing methods, and general business principles is required to effectively manage processes Remuneration : An outstanding remuneration package that rewards professionalism and diligence will be on offer for the successful applicant as well as a well defined career path.
