Our Client is a leading group specialising in a diverse range of services, based in the Middle East. They have a packaging manufacturing facility and are looking to appoint a Press Team Leader with a Flexo background and 3 years’ experience in a production supervisory capacity. They will have responsibility for managing a team within a plant combining inkjet and silkscreen technology with rotary die-cutting, inspecting work, monitoring activities, stock control, waste control, maintenance reviews, identifying areas where improvements could be made , reporting regularly to the Production Manager. They will need to have worked around a major Flexographic press and understand all make-ready procedures.
