1. Spearheading overall Business operations (P&L) of the Engineering Division catering to a variety of global & local customers 2. Steering overall Business operations, Sales, Plant management, Product development, Manufacturing, Purchase & Supply chain, Quality, Accounts, PPC, Human resource / administration & Safety. 3. Should be well versed with flexible packaging Industry. 4. To understand and develop products according to market needs. 5. To work efficiently in planning of manufacturing of machines. 6. Knowledge of machines like: ELS & mechanical line shaft gravure printing ,dry laminators, solvent-less laminators , slitters etc 7. To plan new product this gives our product competitive advantage. 8. Identification of new businesses & products. 9. Interactions with overseas & local vendors for key technical requirements. 10. Complete support to Sales and Client Servicing
