Our client is looking for an outstanding Business Development Manager to help grow their local and nationwide business in the Ink and Coatings Industry. The company has had a record year but aren't looking to stop there and therefore are looking to take market share from the competitors. Job Title - Business Development Manager Industry - Inks and Coatings/Narrow Web/Flexo/Water Based Location - UK Wide Salary - Uncapped £60,000 + Benefits The Role The Business Development Manager role will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from cold-call to close. You will be focused on generating new clients across a variety of industry sectors including Packaging, Print and Finance to name a few. You will be working towards achievable targets with a lucrative commission plan. The Candidate The Business Development Manager will have industry experience as it is essential for this role and those without it will not be considered. You must have the ability, desire and hunger to self-generate your own new business wins from a variety of industry sectors. You will polished, articulate and extremely self-motivated with a willingness to work hard and help this organisation push on to the next level. The Package Although the salary package will be negotiable dependant on previous experience, the successful Business Development Manager will receive an initial base salary of up to £45,000with uncapped £60,000 OTE, plus benefits.
