TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – Packaging / Repro / Artwork – ITALY TURIN, Italy 45,000-60,000kA A MUST have proven repro agency experience & strong technical print knowledge LANGUAGES – Fluent Italian & English Essential exprerience – Knowledge and experience of Packaging Graphics / Artwork / Repro – Strong technical print knowledge. – Experience of processes such as Gravure, Offset, Flexo, colour matching and understanding how colour behaves. – Must have excellent Project Management skills. – Must have good client facing skills and Account Management ability. – Suitable applicants will probably be working for a similar Packaging Graphics ./ Repro Agency in an onsite production environment. – Strong knowledge of print processes so as to understand the limitations and opportunities presented to agencies and clients. – Must be fluent Italian & English (written & spoken) – Will consider those wishing to relocate back to Italy Role overview – To be based onsite with a major Blue Chip client – Advising on technical print capabilities & feasibility across the supply chain – To manage the day to day requirements and expectations of the Client – To interact regularly with the Marketing Managers and Brand Managers within their region – To resolve artwork component supply issues relating to packaging changes – Advising Marketing and other relevant client departments on best practice in design changes in order to manage cost and complexity – Collate relevant data and information for given projects interfacing with Design Agency, Repro House, Printers, Marketing, Project Managers, Product and Packaging Technical and Legal teams – Advise on technical support – understand technical language and design elements (e.g. print colour interactions) – To ensure the requirements of the clients in respect of the development and execution of pre-press and other projects are clearly understood – To maintain and strengthen working relationships with the client – To enter information directly into in information system as the defined process and workflow dictates – To produce reports showing agreed KPIs as requested PLEASE ONLY APPLY FOR THIS ROLE if you have Packaging & Repro knowledge combined with onsite experience and excellent technical knowledge.
