PROJECT MANAGER / ACCOUNT MANAGER – Packaging / Graphics / Design Suitable experience – a PACKAGING / PRINT / DESIGN based background Salary: circa A A 15,000-18,000k per year gross (or equivalent) LOCATIONS Serbia – Belgrade Croatia – Zagreb Czech Republic – Prague Key points – To work for a Global Branding & Packaging Graphics Agency – To work onsite for a Global Blue Chip client at their Head Office – Must have a background in Packaging Graphics / Artwork / Reprographics / Design or similar – Will have good / basic knowledge of technical print processes such as Flexo, Gravure, Offset – Must have a confident and enthusiastic personality – Must understand the latter stages of the packaging process / packaging production / packaging execution – Must have experience working onsite for a Blue Chip client – either in Retail / FMCG / Brand / Pharmaceutical Job Outline – To manage the day to day requirements and expectations of the client – Provide correct instructions and implementing processes to see the Packaging projects through to completion. – To interact daily with the Brand Managers / Marketing Directors and Packaging Development Managers within their region. – To resolve artwork component supply issues relating to packaging changes. – Responsible for ensuring full visibility of pack change project status to all internal and external stakeholders until project delivery. – Acting as an integral part of the packaging process – Advising Marketing and other relevant departments on best practice in design changes in order to manage cost and complexity. – Collation of relevant data and information for given projects interfacing with Design Agency, Repro House, Printers, Marketing, Project Managers, Product and Packaging Technical and Legal teams. – Advise on technical support – understand technical language and design elements (e.g. print colour interactions). – To identify areas for improvement within the operation, Client and Company processes and working practices and recommend robust and appropriate actions. – To produce reports showing agreed KPIs as requested.
