Slitter Operator(s)
As an addition to our existing conversion team, the post(s) will provide an increase to our production staff. Due to further expansion and continued capital investment, Surepak Ltd. are looking to engage two experienced slitter operators, with lamination to also form part of the role. Experience of lamination would be preferable, though not essential, as training will be provided.
The positions will be based at our facility in Annesley. We are looking for individuals with sound hands on technical experience and an ability to ensure day to day running of our range of slitting and lamination equipment is fully utilised and optimised.
Previous experience of industrial slitting equipment within the flexible packaging industry would be a distinct advantage. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail are essential, together with an ability to work with minimal supervision.
Electrical Engineer
As our Conversion facility continues to grow, we are looking to engage a full-time electrical engineer.
Experience in the maintenance of flexographic printing presses, slitters, laminators and conversion equipment would be a distinct advantage, together with a working knowledge of food accredited BRC working requirements.
The role will incorporate planned and preventative maintenance of all equipment, and will include the updating of documentation to ensure compliance with our BRC IOP certification. A flexible approach to the working day would be essential, as we operate of two-shift structure within the Conversion Department.
