Manager / Sr. Manager – Mech. Maintenance ( CRM – Steel Plant )

Responsibilities:- 1. Erection & Commissioning of Equipment 2. Attending Break downs 3. Preventive maintenance 4. Maintaining Spares 5. Manpower Planning 6. ISO documentation 7. Energy saving &cost control 8. Modification Following equipment dealing with Maintenance 1. 4Hi/ 6Hi Rev mill 2. H.R.Slitter 3. Pickling line 4. Skin Pass mill 5. Electrolytic Cleaning line 6. Tension levelling line 7. Roller Hearth Furnace (R.H.F) 8. Muffle Furnace 9. Bell Annealing Furnace 10. C.R.Slitter 11. CTL 12. Over head Cranes 13. Utility (Compressors, Cooling Tower & Pump House) 14. ISO documentation. Troubleshooting of HYDRAULIC & PNEUMATIC systems & equipments Hydraulic oil cleaning machines like FERROCARE. Maintenance of material handling devices e.g. e.o.t. Cranes, transfer trollies, etc. Pumps , gear boxes of machines. All steel rolling plants equipments viz 6 HI FROHLING , PICKLING, ANNEALING,SLITTING Managing spares of machines. Erection and commissioning of following equipment 1. Push Pull Pickling line 2. 4-Hi/ 6Hi Reversible mill 3. Electrolytic Cleaning line 4. Skin Pass mill Computer Skilled Computer usage for Performance monitoring: Developed periodical performance monitoring system through SAP/ERP/ Oracle with extensive use of computers at all levels. Quality Management Systems Implementation of ISO-10006, ISO- 50001, ISO- 9000, ISO- 9001, ISO- 2008, EMS 14001, OHAS -18001 systems. TPM, WCM, Six sigma, Should have minimum 10 years experience in Mech. Maint. in Cold Rolling. Shoul have exposure of working in Large Integrated steel plant
