Graphics Manager required to manage and provide creative solution for the business. A£32,000, family health & 4% pension Experience and skills required : Good Knowledge of print process Litho and Flexo Ability to understand colour and ink techniques Good project management skills. Ability to appoint, brief and manage relationships with external design agencies. Able to work with suppliers to find innovative solutions to meet the creative needs of the business. Happy to chair and lead supplier meetings for both print and packaging. Ideally had experience of working in an in house creative environment. Experience of working with Brand managers, marketers and project managers Experience of managing artwork process within an FMCG company Ability to produce print ready artwork History of setting up and maintaining colour standards. Design and produce, mailers, posters, adverts, POS and brochures. Good photographic skills. Strong illustrative and sketching skills.. Good knowledge of Microsoft software Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Good understanding of structural packaging. Exceptional understanding of colour and ink techniques. Ability to build and maintain relationships with people on all levels, internally and externally. Must be a strategic thinker. Ability to manage situations and problems.
