JSR Associates are currently recruiting for an EXPERIENCED and HIGHLY ORGANISED Administrator for our client. The main purpose of this role is to support the Office Manager, to originate all designs to meet company requirements and provide the print department with appropriate plates. The successful individual will be self-motivated, enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential along with proven IT skills. The ability to be persuasive and assertive when necessary with an out-going personality is essential. Responsibilities: A Ability to meet deadlines within time scales A Provide customers with accurate line drawings A Select most appropriate proof format for all designs A Obtain costing A Involve Operations Director and Print Manager to provide input on new designs if required A Accuratelyinvoice customers for completed work A Submit origination briefs to repro companies A Advise and source conceptual designs with the most suitable repro companies A Provide printing plates to the print department along with final proof via the PC department. A Select the correct print machine for each design in conjunction with Print Manager A All origination systems are to be administered effectively A Liaise and work closely with colleagues A To undertake all Hygiene and Quality responsibilities A To work with Health and Safety policies and practices A A flexible attitude is required as you may be asked to perform other duties which reasonably correspond to the role and are commensurate with its level of responsibility.
