Applications are invited only from those who are into Flexible Packaging Industry (Multilayer Polyethylene Films). The incumbent should have at least 10 years of proven experience in Multilayer Polyblown Film. ( Multilayer, 7 layer and 9 layer Barrier Film) It is preferred that the incumbent should have experience of Flexo Printing 1. Daily production (Operation of film line, metalliser and slitter) with maximum capacity designed. 2. Daily Production Planning as per market demand. 3. Ensure quality (QA) product which is manufactured daily. 4. Ensure the raw material quality used for production in daily basis. 5. Slitting operation and roll gradation (QC). 6. Recycle plant operation and ensure the quality of trim recycled. 7. Monitoring of critical consumables used in production and slitting. 8. Technical services to customer. Develop opportunities of new applications of polyethylene film for miscellaneous food grade packaging, High barrier metallised polyester film, and polyethylene / polyester films for other application. Resolution of all complaints received from customer. 9. Inventory management in production, packaging and QA. 10. Making parameters of film line, metalliser and slitter, product grade and micron wise. Review them on daily basis depending on down gradation quantity. 11. Trouble shooting of problems on a regular basis. Finding the root cause and implementing the corrective actions. 12. Should be aware of ISO standards preferably ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2205 13. Training technicians for up gradation of their skill and knowledge. 14. Make monthly production report and circulate to top management. The report included the achievements and shortfalls of the month. Line efficiency and submit action plan to maintain the same, also prepare control points for continuous improvement for whole film line, metalliser slitting, QA technical service, packing and new developments
