1.Able to handle all the following Electronics related maintenance jobs in the shift independently: -Ensure complete handing over of responsibilities from the previous shift in charge & understand the problems faced by shift in charge in the shift & the way it was solved . 2. To check the health & correct the problem, if any, of the following equipments: a) Siemens PLC & Drives ( AC/DC) used in the plant. b) Thermo fisher make Scanner c) MERO make Corona Generator d) Nishimura make Primary Slitter e)Field equipments like Proximity sensors, load cells, Solenoid Valves, Hydraulic Units etc 3.Able to read & write the PLC program & Drive parameters. 4. To maintain the spare parts record 5. To maintain the logbook by mentioning clearly the problems faced during his shift & how it was solved & to explain it to his reliever. 6.To report the manager at the end of the shift.CompetenciesMust have knowledge in Electronics equipment (PLC,AC/DC Drives, Pneumatic and Hydraulic equipment of BOPP or BOPET Bruckner / Dornier line. Team Management Analytical and problem solving skills Good Communication skills Able to Manage Cross functional teams. Excellent MS office and Oracle ERP knowledge. Reasonable physical strength Ability to work under pressure Good presence of Mind
