New Business Development Manager x 2

The Company: Award winning UV Flexo printer based in Kent with a wide portfolio of packaging solutions, looking after Blue Chip Companies within the retail industry. The Role: We are looking to expand our Sales Team and require 2 x New Business Development Managers to help manage and sell into new and existing accounts across the whole of the United Kingdom. This role reports into the Sales Director and forms part of a national sales team. You will be responsible for all account management to existing customers, generating new sales and processing business enquires from quotation, proofing and processing through production. It is essential that you are able to communicate at all levels within organisations and have a proven track record in sales within the packaging industry. You will be responsible for processing incoming business and enquires from quotation, proofing and processing through production, invoice and delivery. Requirements : Have a proven successful track record in Sales within the printing industry Strong organisational skills along with the ability to multi task Experienced in working in a pressurised and time bound environment to ensure all results are achieved is essential Confident in making decisions and liaise with other operational departments Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Good attention to detail Flexible and hardworking A team player, with an efficient and proactive approach Smart appearance and professional attitude Approachable and trustworthy PC Literate - Microsoft Office Knowledge of Print or Repro is essential Be able to communicate at all levels Full UK Driving Licence 30000.0000 Speciality: Business Development.
